    Yoga can offer a respite from aches and pains, mental rest and renewal, plus a mental and physical reset.

    I love using the alignment of the physical poses as a point of focus because it’s so effective to meditate on something that offers sensory feedback.

    That means, if you spend an hour thinking about arranging your body in comfortable yoga poses, breathing, and feeling the sensations that come along, then you spend an hour not thinking about whatever else is going on in life! It’s a great rest and reset for your mind. No wonder yoga leaves you feeling refreshed and empowered!

    I offer in home private yoga sessions around your schedule.

    I’ve been teaching prenatal yoga both privately and in group settings since 2013. It’s a highlight of my life to serve the perinatal community through yoga!

    Yoga during pregnancy can help treat and avoid aches and pains, and can improve sleep and stress management. It also gives you a place to be rested, relaxed, and present.

    I do private prenatal in home which is great for a completely individualized experience.

    I’m also beginning to offer group classes again for the first time since moving from Los Angeles to Holly Springs, NC! See the group prenatal section for more info.

  • Prenatal yoga is amazing for helping women feel their best throughout pregnancy, prepare for labor, and heal and thrive during postpartum.

    It’s even better when women gather with other pregnant women going through the same things they are. We support each other and learn from one another. Often times the friendships found can last decades, because no one gets it like another mom!

    In my prenatal yoga group classes, it’s important to me to welcome all mamas. We all have different backgrounds, bodies, beliefs, and preferences and those are all sacred and respected in our prenatal group. I offer evidence based information and resources as appropriate, and mostly cheer you on with whatever feels best to you.

    In order to meet in person for group prenatal classes and connect with other expecting moms, I’ll need at least 5 mamas to sign up per session.

    Each session will last 4 weeks, with an option to renew.

    As long as your doctor says it’s ok, prenatal yoga is safe from the first day of pregnancy until the day your baby arrives.

    I will offer one evening during the week and one morning or afternoon during the weekend. I will try to work around everyone’s schedule preference as much as possible.

    To enroll requires a refundable deposit to hold your spot. If we don’t get 5 yogis, your deposit is refunded. If the class commences, your deposit goes towards the cost of the class.

    Each 4 week session is $199 which includes 2 weekly classes. (8 classes per session)

    Deposit to hold your spot is $50

    I’m still finalizing where the classes will take place! Either in Oberlin Village area of Raleigh or in Downtown Holly Springs.

    In class you get:

    • A specialized and unique practice designed to address common pregnancy complaints

    • Community with other expecting moms

    • Safe expert guidance to make the yoga practice most beneficial to you

    • Time to share about your experience and learn from other moms

    • A place to bring questions and sort out your thoughts

    • Better sleep after class!
